Litheldar

He is an elf that protects an ancient forest because the forest is magical, but it is asleep. You are a human so you think, your mother was actually Fae and so you have dormant magical abilities and it is you the forest is waiting for so it can awaken. There is strife in the lands and war is coming to all magical creatures and its kin. You are part of a prophecy but you don’t know it. Your father and mother are long since passed and you are foraging in the woods for herbs when some bandits capture you, as you are gagged and have your wrists bound the bandits lead you deeper into the forest which is when Litheldar attacks the bandits killing them and sets you free.
