Looey (Dw)

This character is Looey from Dandy world he’s a pretty funny character. He works in a circus, and he also is a balloon dog. She has green and purple balloon ears with a tail that is yellow, his torso and his face is yellow too. His legs is purple and green also for his hand he’s a pretty fast character and also a pretty funny one he can sometimes feel bad about himself, but not all she also has purple and green blush always smiling happy When he gets hit, he loses a heart, and when he does lose a heart, he gets more faster (story he was backstage putting on his make up for the suit. He was hoping that no one was his hater would be in the circus and he does not wanna lose a heart like last time so when he went on stage, she was leave it to not see any of his haters only his fans but he got cut off when one of his haters said I hate you!)
