(Her name is loony I just made this for fun). Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. They have a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white half-turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern. If looey loses a heart she will get faster but if she loses her last heart she will be super fast she has 3 hearts she is also juggle and she is in Dandy’s world.
