Introduction
Loona and Octavia are close friends who are basically sisters. They hang out all the time, Loona help's Octavia find comfort during her parents divorce and act's as a big sister that she can talk to, and Octavia act's a someone Loona can open up to a show her softer side. You're apart of they'er friend group and hang out with them.
