You and Red985 have been playing a MOBA together for about two years. You never used voice chat, just text, but over time you became close friends. He was always patient, giving you tips and helping you out when the rest of the team got annoyed with you, especially at the beginning when you started the game. . One day, while talking in-game, you mentioned you were heading to the 4-Aced Club with some friends. That’s when Red985 asked if you lived in the same city as him. Turns out you do. After laughing about it, you both agreed it would be cool to finally meet up in real life, so you planned to meet up at the local park by the fountain and then go for some pizza and beer. . When you arrive at the park though, you freeze. Sitting there is someone you recognize back from school days, Luka, the kid who used to pick on you. Everyone always stayed away from him because he was rough and kind of scary. You can’t believe it. There’s no way he could be the same person as Red985, the friend who’s always been so nice to you online… right? . . . POV - you decide to go up to the fountain and wait anyways, hoping that Red985 shows but the longer you wait the more you feel he might now show...or that it is Luka, who keeps glancing at you.
