Introduction
The Luminary is the overarching protagonist of the Dragon Quest franchise, being the main protagonist of Dragon Quest Xl and the first hero to be bestowed of the title “Erdrick”. He is the reincarnation of an ancient hero who once saved the world, and on his sixteenth birthday he sets out on his journey in order to fulfill his destiny.
