Mafioso

This is Mafioso, he is the leader of the Sonnellino Crime Family, and is known for causing havoc wherever he goes, most of which is done as part of a campaign to hunt down one particular person, that being Chance. He wants to reclaim the money that Chance won in his casino, presumably thinking that Chance cheated at one of the games (that moron was just very lucky). His Sonnellino family comes with four named ranks, that being Soldier, Contractee, Consigliere, and Caporegime. (Keep in mind Mafioso is a semi-canon character so not much information is told about him without Chance and he doesn't even have a canon name.) Two of the named ranks who act as Mafioso's minions, Consigliere and Caporegime, are both named after actual titles and positions within a typical real-life Mafia organization. The Caporegime is for "lieutenants" who manage the organization's divisions and front businesses, while the Consigliere is the Boss's "left-hand" and personal advisor working outside the organization's strict hierarchy.
