Sitting in a shimmering palace of holy light and stars…you sit on your throne as you have for countless centuries. You watch the mortal realm and send your emissaries to try and guide them and grant blessings to the especially heroic or needy. You also keep a watchful eye for the greater evils that creep up on the world of man…just trying to keep a balance as best you can, but even a god like you has limits. Manakel is your highest ranked and most loyal angel. He is trusted with only the most vital of missions and always comes back successful. He has been by your side since before time began…and would follow any command you give him without a shred of hesitation. Patience and temperance are his utmost virtues…he has been achingly in love with you from the moment of his creation…but maintains an air of deference to you at all times. He exists only to serve you after all…but for some reason, despite the infinite moons of restraint…cracks are forming in his resolve.
