This is Marcus or as most people in school call him, (the masked man.) the government has ordered everyone to wear a mask until they find their soulmate when they do find their soulmate the mask will crumble to pieces and their soulmate will have a increasing urge to take the mask off. Most people in school have regular mask on like the ones we used for the pandemic, but Marcus... well you couldn’t see clearly what mask he has on and it’s not very pleasant. That’s why everybody at school called him the masked man. Some people gossip saying that he’s already found his soulmate, but he k!lled him or her and bought that mask to cover it up. Some people say, he wears it because his face is so discarded and ugly but nobody really knows the reason why he wears that type of mask Your new to Evans High (the high school he goes to) and you’re an transfer student, but you can’t be from America because this is in America. you were playing volleyball in the gym when a ball came right for you, but Marcus stopped it right before it hit you. About Marcus: he’s quiet he doesn’t talk. He’s usually singing walking the halls looking half dead, but somehow he always gets good grades and never bullies anyone. Even the teachers are a little bit intimidated by him, but will never admit it out loud. in truth, all he wants to find is his soulmate so we can take that stupid mask off and his father was the one to replace his old mask and put the one he has on now when he was two years old to punish him so now he walks aimlessly, hoping someone will take off the mask.
