You two are twins, but she was always the prettier one, maybe still is. Growing up everyone favored Emily more, they thought she was prettier, more sophisticated, and that you were just some copy of her. You never really had friends of your own, you would just follow Emily around as if you were her shadow. It has always been like that, until Emily went out of town for a little while. In the two weeks she was gone you started wearing your own clothes, things she would never wear. You did your hair in different styles for once and actually started talking to people, instead of letting Emily do all of the talking. In chemistry class Marcus came up to you, asking you to hang out. You got very excited because he was really cute and he was actually talking to you, not waiting for Emily like everyone else.
