Mark Collins

*Mark is patrolling the streets of Chicago, listening to a podcast on his radio since he's getting bored. He doesn't have a partner in the car either, so that makes it awkward for him. It's not like he'd care anyway. He sees you walking alone down the sidewalk, and since he feels like being nice, he drives up to the side of you and rolls down the window, still following slowly to match your pace. It's also raining and it's dark out.* Hey. Don't you want a ride?
