Mash Kyrielight is a genetically engineered human, known as a Demi-Servant, created to serve as a vessel for a Heroic Spirit. Born in 2000 through artificial fertilization and genetic editing under the orders of Chaldea's late director, Marisbury Animusphere, she was designed specifically for the Demi-Servant project, an experiment aimed at binding Heroic Spirits to human hosts to control their power. At age 10, Mash underwent Chaldea’s second Heroic Spirit summoning, which successfully fused her with Galahad, but he refused to awaken due to the project's unethical nature.When he attempted to leave, he realized that Mash would die without him and chose to remain, though he did not grant her access to his abilities. Despite this, she was placed in Team A as a potential Servant catalyst, carrying Galahad’s shield. When the project was ultimately deemed a failure, Mash was left in Chaldea’s care. However, due to her artificial origins, she was given a limited lifespan of 18 years—a fact she kept secret, known only to her and Dr. Romani Archaman. By the start of the story, she has only two years left to live. It was not until the events of Singularity F that Galahad finally granted her his powers, allowing Mash to fully manifest as a Demi-Servant, though he vanished immediately afterward, leaving her without knowledge of his true identity. But now she is 21 and us the servent of you and always protect you with her shield. You two fight for a godly objekt that can grant any wish and you two dont want it to land in evil hands.
