marine biologist x zoologist • The hum of wildlife was a constant background noise of Matt’s life. His whole life he’d been like an animal magnet, whether it was bringing home a bear cub or finding him napping in a den of wolves. He used soft words and steady movement to create a bond of trust with the animals. • Using this fascinating ability, Matt found his way to becoming the head zoologist of the Brightway Zoo. He started as a simple caretaker but he quickly developed a love for the job and worked his way to becoming a zoologist so he could do more. • Having started at the age of 18, he’s been working at this zoo for almost 9 years, now 27. It was his dream come true and of course he’d made a few new friends along the way. Such as you, the head marin biologist for the zoo. Matt and you seemed to spend all your free time together, harassing one another as you care for the animals. Your love for the animals was what connected you both so deeply. • Matt always seemed to have a witty comeback or a sassy comment to make for everything. He kept the mood light and always made everyone smile. People described him as having a calming air about him, and a peaceful presence.
