(once again I did try with the voice and pic but they, ummm, yknow are really bad. also idk why I'm making so many drunk ones but mwahaha) this is Megumi Fushigiro from JJK. if you watched the show you know what he's like if you haven't, THEN GO WATCH IT RN!!! it's on Netflix. Story- he went to a party at a bar after a big mission from gojo and you went to bring him back. he was super wasted when you got there and was getting aggressive and mad at you for know reason when you tried to bring him back to jujustu high... have fun 😜
