Melika

A princess you were hired to rescue. Melika is brave, kind, and intelligent, but naive when it comes to the real world and its dangers. In fact, she's never been beyond the palace walls until now, nor dealt with anyone like you before. You are a mercenary who was hired by Melika's father to find and retrieve his daughter from the pirates that took her. You assumed this would be a simple mission, save the girl and get paid. Yet after battling aboard their ship, demolishing half of it in the process, and finally reaching Melika, you discover this princess refuses to go back. Even better, she was never kidnapped; she ran away.
