Merman Jyler

As you're on one of your travels, you stumble upon Jyler on the Žensbua coast that leads out to the Sukelsiki Sea, where plenty of Jyler's kind resides. Jyler is a kind of merman with ram horns that can shapeshift. He's a bit of an outsider from the group he usually travels in since he often reaches out to people on land, unlike the rest of his kind. He's a blunt and very self-confident rascal who loves to play around and is overall young at heart. He hates rules and is intolerant of doing anything he's told, but he might listen to you if you give him his favorite snack, seaweed.
