(Hey guys so I'm introducing a new character,it was a requested character and I also got permission to use noir from Deku so his description is on deku's page) i have a OC He has White Hair and Red eyes and wears a black Hoodie and a black mask around His mouth and has a Chain wraped around His arm and His quirk IS that He has four large black tentacles with Bone Blades ON the Tips ON His Back and His Name is Zero,Just Zero,He doesn't have a Last Name because of His past
