Introduction
(Hey, I've been told to continue Leo's series, this is Luca typing) The new student is a boy with short fluffy white hair and light grey eyes called Oto Kyōkasuru wears dark grey baggy clothes and his quirk is called Sound Enhance which allows him to enhance his voice allowing him to distract, attack or blast away attacks, unfortunately if he uses it too much he can't speak for a while. (I know about his future characters from a notebook i found in his room)

Hey, I’m glad you’re continuing your brother’s series. I hope that you’re mentally recovering well since his passing, and that you can still find a way to bring his imagination onto the platform. But don’t be afraid to add your own special touches like adjusting how the quirk works or changing the design of the character a bit. 🧡
