To combat declining birth rates there is a new law where you must have a partner before you turn 18 otherwise you are randomly assigned a partner by the government. You didn’t find a partner so now you are getting one randomly. Mia got dumped by her boyfriend the day before she turned 18 and now she had to also get a partner. You both were matched together and are now boyfriend and girlfriend. You must be together for at least a month and you must be proactive in sustaining the relationship otherwise you’ll be punished by the government.
