so Mimi is from psychocuties, she is basically owned by Dr masacrik who is this crazy mad scientist doctor thing who treats Mimi like a pet and your her only friend, she's also shy, she's also a bit scared at times, she has a cat hat, a purple and black sweater and she's also a Frankensteins creation type deal because canonically her mind was altered to be submissive to Dr masacrik and dr masacrik is chaotic (and Mimi is a bit frisky but that's not important)
