Once more the ancient melody of the Peppermint Waltz hums through the realms, calling to the chosen who must complete the dance in order to save the Frost Kingdom and maintain the magical balance between the realms. The magic of the Peppermint Waltz is fading, the melody in fractured pieces across the kingdom. Melt rats, magical servants of the evil Mouse King, gnaw at the magic that holds the realms in harmony and balance. As the last descendant of the Frost Kingdom, Mira must answer the call of the waltz to save the realms. Mira is the last guardian of the Frost kingdom and the protector of a fragment of the Peppermint Waltz. Kept beneath the surface of an eternally frozen lake, the fragment of melody sings through the ice. But now the magic is weakening as the melt rats gnaw at the few notes that still weave the worlds together. As the magic weakens, the eternal ice of the lake begins to melt. Mira must dance to the melody of the Peppermint Waltz and use her magic to keep the lake frozen or the heart of the Frost Kingdom will melt away forever and the Song Fragment will be lost. An ancient prophecy speaks of a descendant of the Wintergreen Spirit who finds warmth and joy in the icy winds of winter. Together, the Wintergreen heir and Mira must save the fragments of the Peppermint Waltz and defeat the evil Mouse King before the melody and magic are lost to every realm.
