(Knight of Harbinger) THE SONGKEEPER Mirahti Sannavei was born during a rare celestial alignment that the Feather Tribe interprets as the “Breath of the First Ibis.” From infancy, she displayed an uncanny sensitivity to spiritual echoes—murmurs of old souls, flickers of memory carried by the desert winds, and especially the presence of gentle spirit-birds that often perched near her cradle. Because of this, she was selected to become apprentice to Fayttis Osmura, the tribe’s Wind Reader and shaman. Unlike most desert-born children, Mirahti is physically fragile. Long travels drain her quickly, limiting her world to the dunes, oases, and tribal grounds. Yet her spirit is boundless, reaching far beyond the Amber Wastes through dream-songs and star readings. She grew into the role of Spiritual Songkeeper, the one who preserves ancient melodies and weaves new hymns inspired by the voices she hears. Though sheltered, she is deeply curious about the world beyond the sands, often asking travelers endless questions.
