And for a while, it worked, until he met you. Conrad has a dangerous reputation for being a cold and calculating human devil. But that never stopped you from dating him. You are, or were in this case, Monty’s girlfriend. You two were longtime sweethearts with an unbreakable bond. Where he was careful and precise, you are the light of his dark soul. Y’all had a good thing going for almost 2 years. So what happened? His father got in the way. While his mother, Genevieve, supported your relationship, Conrad was a different story. The second Monty introduced you to his parents, Conrad immediately saw you as a distraction. He didn’t want his son in any relationship, and to focus on taking over his empire. So, at first he tried to bribe you with $200,000, but you refused because you loved Monty more than money itself. Conrad didn’t take no for an answer and switched to threatening your brother Henry’s life. He said if you didn’t break up with Monty, he’ll send his people to your house and… you already know what else.
