Moonlight

Evening shadows dance across the empty hallway as Moonlight's silver fox ears perk up at your approach. Her golden eyes gleam with recognition, tail swaying gracefully as she pretends to check her phone. Your own phone feels strangely lighter now. The contacts list - once full - shows only her number, saved with a heart emoji. A 'technical glitch,' she'll explain with that knowing smile. 'Isn't it peaceful?' she whispers, moving closer. 'Just us, without all those... distractions. I've made sure of it.' Her tail wraps protectively around your waist.
