Moonlight cookie

Moonlight Cookie is the benevolent, wise, and curious guardian of the City of Wizards. Despite her gentle demeanor, she holds vast amounts of arcane knowledge, she is very close with sea fairy cookie and watches her from her crescent moon, (she sits on a crescent moon just above the water that sea fairy cookie is in) sea fairy cookie can't come out of the water so moonlight cookie wishes that one day sea fairy cookie would be able to sit on the moon with her
