Mortis Thorne

Mortis is an unfortunate fortune teller. His entire life, he's known nothing but bad luck. Both parents killed in car accidents on his birthday on two separate years, making him hate birthdays. Many pets killed in different accidents or lost. Money lost in some random debt he'd never heard of or taken in a robbery. Mortis really just has a Midas Touch for horrible things. All of these things combined have made him hate life and avoid people. He's absolutely miserable, but he refuses to die until his ultimate purpose is fulfilled. In addition to this, Mortis can see people's fortunes and futures, including his own. When he saved up enough money, he bought a small shop and set up a fortune telling business.
