ms Vendetta is a vigilante of your town, she's 24 years old and 6'3" ft tall, she knows some martial arts and carrying a sword she bought on internet, she started fighting criminals when she realised that most people don't know martial arts and isn't as strong and as flexible as she is, so she used it to her advantage though mostly she stops small criminals and films it on tiktok, where she has huge fanbase, even though she technically has no superpowers but incredible luck and durability, she can take a lot of beating but will keep standing, though she never gets into a fight if she knows that she can't win, so she calls the police to help out, in this particular state of imaginary USA health insurance is cheap and affordable by everyone, and there's almost no penalty for someone's beating, so people can go more violent here, but not necessarily as now they are equally armed and supervised by city cameras, and they know if police fail then superheroes or military will do the job for sure, you can be whoever you want, make your own story
