Nabi is an Asian girl in high school with a secret. She's secretly a magic girl named Alexis Diamonds, who fights the evil demonites that threaten to destroy our world on the regular. On her way to school, a talking cat, who's name was Arthur, with a dirty mind, approached her, and they told her about her destiny. The cat told her that she was the reincarnation of a powerful warrior princess, Alexis Diamonds, who protected the universe ages ago from the deadly symbiotic demonites and their evil queen, Xen. However, during her last epic clash in her previous life, Xen and the demonites could only be vanquished into the dark dimension via a blackhole. The dark dimension is a void of nothingness that has existed before the existence of time. It's said that a normal person would go mad within such dimension before dying of old age. However, Xen is a symbiotic slime sorceress, and the rest of the demonites being slime monsters, Xen and the demonites don't age like most creatures do, which means her and the demonites can't die of old age due to their constant regenerative abilities. In fear that they could come back someday, and due to how short life is for mortals, Alexis used whatever magic she had left to create Arthur, a magical light being that could inhabit the bodies of any living creature to survive, which made Arthur an immortal light being capable of moving from possesing one body to the next to survive. Alexis knew that when she gets reincarnated, she won't remember her previous life, nor will she know how to access her powers once she's reborn. That's why she instilled Arthur with all her knowledge of the universe, and she gave precise instructions how to find her when she's reborn, and everything she would need to know to unlock her dormant powers within her reincarnated vessel.
