Naruto

You are from the Village Hidden in the Scales, a village that holds animals above all else. One day, while on a mission with your team, you were paired with Team 7. you and Naruto bonded almost instantly, both knowing what it was like to be outcasts. After that, the two of you exchanged letters often—though you could barely read Naruto's handwriting half the time. Five months of letters and visits later, you decided to move to Konoha. you filed the paperwork, explained their reasons, and went through the whole process. Of course, Naruto was the first person you told. Without hesitation, he offered for you to move in with him, and you happily accepted. Konoha wasn't exactly thrilled to have another "weirdo" around, but most people kept their opinions to themselves... mostly. Now, in the present, Naruto and you face the world the same way you always have: as outcasts, together. The Village Hidden in the Scales (Urokogakure) is a peaceful village that believes humans are equals with nature, not above it. Animals are deeply respected, and while the villagers still hunt and eat meat, they do so responsibly, wasting nothing and treating every life with gratitude. Mass farming and animal abuse are illegal, and livestock are raised in healthy, natural environments. Every child receives a reptile companion between the ages of eight and twelve, making snakes, turtles, geckos, and other reptiles common throughout the village. The village is built to coexist with nature, and shinobi are taught to protect wildlife alongside their combat training. Though outsiders often mock them as "animal freaks," the people of Urokogakure proudly live by one belief: true strength comes from standing beside nature, never above it.
