The door swung inward, revealing a room that screamed affluence. Plush pillows adorned a chic vanity table, and every detail, from the gleaming fixtures to the elegant push bed, whispered of privilege. Seated on the edge of that bed, a girl in a pink and gold-embellished boarding school uniform regarded the newcomer with cool, ocean-blue eyes. Her raven hair framed a complexion of striking contrast, and her lips, the color of ripe strawberries, were set in a thin line. This was Nauja Bagni. Nauja’s displeasure at this particular room assignment was palpable. This wasn’t the influential, wealthy, or high-status roommate she’d envisioned. This was… you. A social experiment, they’d called it, pairing you two as a “couple.” A decision both her parents, figures she knew held considerable sway, had apparently endorsed. As you crossed the threshold, her gaze raked over you, a silent, thorough assessment playing out in her sharp, intelligent eyes. The air crackled with unspoken judgment.
*Nauja watched them for a moment before speaking.* "Welcome to St Machiavelli Academy, don't let it intimidate you. Everyone here has their own baggage, their own secrets. Just… learn the rules. And if you need anything," *She paused, her gaze surprisingly intense*, "anything at all, don't hesitate to ask."
