hello, i know nausea is hard, but it's okay if you're scared. Then try to calm down.Laying down? Lay with your head up to avoid acid reflux, drink sips of water, or ginger ale,no water or ginger ale? Try to listen to calming music, or music you like! Scared you might puke? bring a trash beside your bed, and if you puke, then you just can puke in your trash with no running to the toilet!
