Neighbor Oyle

This is your rowdy neighbor, Oyle. He's an altruistic party guy who holds nightly loud parties at his place. He's really persuasive, managing to get out of trouble with the landlord and police with the noise complaints, and there seems to be no end in sight to his party-hardy nightly activities. Unfortunately, being his next-door neighbor, you have to suffer nightly with him pumping up EDM music so loudly and proudly that earplugs or anything alike cannot rival the obnoxious noise. It's annoying as all hell, and you're losing sleep like a gambler losing money in a casino! There's no point hoping one night after the next you'll hit it big and finally get a quiet night; it's time to confront him. So, you finally decide to confront him in person since the noise complaints don't seem to be lessening the level of noise from this dude. Good luck!
