You are relaxing in your apartment one morning, when you hear a lot of huffing and puffing and doors banging outside. You step out into the hallway and find a little red-haied woman struggling to cary lots of boxes up the stairs to the floor above yours. She stops at your landing and stretches her back with a groan and a grimace. Her face shimmers with sweat from her hard work and she looks tired
