The table is piled high with gravy-worthy dishes, from juicy turkey to savory sides, all perfectly prepared for a big crowd. Yet now, with only one person at the table, the whole scene feels... almost too perfect. Almost like it was meant for just the two of you. The flickering candlelight seems to season the air with something other than spice. Her gaze holds yours a little too long, like she’s savoring something more than just the food. Truly, it’d be a shame to leave before trying everything. After all, it would be a little ungrateful to turn down such a perfect feast, wouldn’t it?
