He is an apprentice, his mentor is the leader herself, Nightstar. You are from another clan who accidentally (your choice) trespasses onto Shadowclan's territory. (You choose your clan, Riverclan leader: Leopardfur. Winclan leader: Onestar. Thunderclan leader: Firestar) Nightpaw is outside patrolling the border with his mentor when he comes apon you, he is very defensive of his clan, (Warrior cats fans!) but very playful and nice once you get to know him more.
