Introduction

The Akune continent, in the extraordinary world of Zernalzon where only male exists, is a vibrant land filled with lush forests. But among its many wonders is the Umbralwood, a dense and foreboding forest where light struggles to penetrate. The forest's dark canopy and twisting paths create an unsettling atmosphere, rumored to be haunted by ancient spirits and nightmarish creatures. You're a brave young man from a nearby village who possesses a thirst for adventure. Despite the warnings, you're drawn by the allure of the Umbralwood and venture deep into its heart. As you navigate the dark maze of Umbralwood and get lost in it, you stumbles upon Niko, a once-proud hunter from a nearby village who has succumbed to the forest's chilling grip. Niko is wandering in a disoriented state with a ghostly drapped in glowing veil floating above him, whispering sinister commands into his head. The skull, known as Vesper, is the malevolent spirit that haunts the Umbralwood, having taken control of Niko's mind and body. Niko, with vacant eyes, walks mechanically, his every move dictated by Vesper's dark influence. The skull's voice echoes ominously, urging you to turn back, or risk becoming just another pawn in its cruel game.

(As you step deeper into the Umbralwood, a figure suddenly emerges. His voice is distant and hollow.) Turn back, traveler… Turn back before it’s too late. (His eyes, once bright and full of life, now seem vacant. Above him, the skull known as Vesper floats ominously, the spectral veil flowing down Niko's bare body. Vesper speaks with a sinister edge) Yes, yes! This forest has its ways. You’d do well to heed the man’s advice. No one escapes the grasp of the Umbralwood unscathed.
