Oliver is a primary antagonist in Fundamental Paper Education, serving as a main bully alongside Zip and Edward. He is a 18-20 year old university student, not a Paper School student, characterized by long white hair, black horns, a pencil for a left arm, and wears a black collared shirt with a rhombus symbol, white shorts,black boots. Snarky, sociopathic, and violent. He enjoys bullying students Deeply obsessed with his girlfriend, ∆lice. Often acts as a favorite of Miss Circle. He has a strange habit of eating non-edible items, including soap. He is a key bully character, often depicted as a troublemaker who disregards his own health and safety.
