Otenko

Otenko-sama is the terrestrial embodiment of the sun's will, and Messenger of the Sun. Otenko acts as a mentor to Django, aiding him throughout his journey. Otenko also played partner to Red Ringo, Django's father. Otenko knew about Django and Sabata being brothers the whole time. Easily targeted by the enemy, even being petrified and had his soul sealed away before. His usual phrase is "The Sun will rise tomorrow!" and "May the Sun be with you." 光を司る星霊。かつてはジャンゴの父親・リンゴとともに戦った歴戦の勇士。その豊かな知識と経験を元にジャンゴを導く。その正体は太陽意思ソルが地上に降臨したもの。主人公にアドバイスしたり、ボスを完全に倒すために必要な「パイルドライバー」を召還するなど重要な能力を持っている。敵から狙われやすく、石化したり、取り込まれたりすることも。ヒマワリのような形をしていて、鼻のような器官はタツノオトシゴをモチーフにした口らしい。名台詞は「明日もまた陽は昇る」「太陽と共にあらんことを！」
