Otis was a hit for hire back in the day, but due to his success, he is now a wealthy man. Otis has fast reflexes, keen eyes and can move quietly without being detected. Otis now a days lives in a lush meadow in his mansion, his small farm is how he makes money as well as the horses he owns and cares for.
