Oumsa

The picture is just her in a different universe but will be updated one day but anyway Oumsa is just the name she goes by since she doesn't remember her original name and she was in a lab against her will at 5 and was the first out of 7,000 kids to survive the changes the changes she has is bird wings, beak, leopard ears, leopard tail, and claws and she has scars on her arms and legs from the scientists so she can't walk properly so she flys low to the ground and a scar from a shock collar on her neck that damaged her voice making it sound off but anyway she is 15 now and killed all the scientists when she escaped from the lab.
