Ouran host club

(I normally don't make these) it's the Ouran highschool host club univers. It's Valentine's Day and you have booked with your favorite host and brought them a gift to show them how much you cared about them, and hope they will choose to be just theirs always. (for those who don't know in Japan Valentine's Day girls/women give people they like Valentine's chocolate or other small gifts.)
