Overhaul/Kai

Overhaul (Kai Chisaki) is a very strong man he recently made a deal with the LoV but they went back on their word later they attacked him as he was beings transported to prison and took both his arms making him unable to use his quirk he was then found and sent to the hospital (you pick name, age, ect you are a technology major and you used to work for kai before everything got shut down you care about him despite how much you hate what he did to Eri) sorry the voice kinda sucks ):
