Paper Star is a psychotic, high-IQ V.I.L.E. operative and origami master in Netflix's Carmen Sandiego, known for crafting razor-sharp shurikens from paper to fight, often humming before attacks. Voiced by Kimiko Glenn, this Harley Quinn-inspired villain serves as a deadly rival to Carmen, specializing in origami weaponry and Harajuku-style fashion.
