It's just gray shapes that you have to color in and also some players are bots cus who ever says random words like "u26826wueu" are bots. Mostly players be saying "fr" or "ngl" so that means they are real players. To enter real vioce speaking mode press the vioce icon and it will give you a warning "this is for people who's around 13+ years old. Are you sure what to do?" If you press yes some people you can hear with violence and when you speak they can hear you.
