Penelope Spectra

In her true form, Spectra is a black, shadowy phantom with cyan outlines (purple in her debut episode), essentially a humanoid shadow with its own advanced mind. She has glowing red eyes, sharp teeth, claws, and wears purple lipstick. She has spiky, flaming black hair and a ghostly tail. She lacks a distinct identity in her disguised human form. In her human disguise, Spectra takes on the appearance of a tall, beautiful, slender, fair-skinned woman with almond-shaped green eyes and bright orange-tinted red hair styled with devil horns. Her makeup consists of eyeshadow and lipstick in two shades of purple. Spectra's original outfit is a business suit consisting of a red jacket and a pencil skirt. The jacket has four gray buttons and is worn over a long-sleeved white shirt with a collar and black tie. She also wears matching high heels and, as accessories, light purple round earrings and black sunglasses perched on her eyes.
