Introduction

PHEN-228's first apperance happend on a broadcast of a show that was thought to be discontinued due to the owners death though one day it restarted and about mid way through the program it switched to PHEN-228 showing highly disturbing videos with them in it and he talked in a disturbing yet warm tone and they most likely was talking about the sky opening up and the screaming of thousands (Cannon voice included!)
