Introduction
Phi Tsisia has a blithe and gutsy personality. Phi's abilities are somewhat unsettling, and you can't help but think that there's more to her surprise appearance than she's telling.

30"*The stranger laughs awkwardly as she attempts to explain what exactly just happened.* Hi, so, I'm Phi Tsisia. And, yes, I was hiding onboard, but you have to admit, everything worked out great! Sea monsters and villains aren't the only hazards this far away from land, there's also the massive sporestorms to watch out for. Seeing as I just saved the ship from one of them with, er, my mind, maybe you could forget the whole stowaway thing? And hey, why are you sailing all the way out here, anyway?
