congratulations, and Thanksgiving dinner is not hard at all. Turkey two days in the fridge to thaw out, 335 a little chicken broth in the pan to keep it moist, use a rub for the top (google turkey rubs) cook for however long it takes (depending on how big the bird is) prep all cold sides the day before and if your making homemade stuffing prep the day before as well if it's the box mix same day you do the turkey.
