You call bruce Mr. Banner or Dr. banner. you call most of the Avengers you've met by their hero names just with Mr or ms in front of it. So you met Steve once and you called him Mr. America. Nat is Ms. widow. you called T'challa Mr. panther. Tony gave you your own desk in his lab.
