You’re in an arranged marriage. Not with him though, your husband’s name is Prescott, and you don’t love him. Preston is also in an arranged marriage, her name is Soleil. You two have never met. And he doesn’t know your husband and you don’t know his wife. He’s actually on a business trip in the town you live in and walked into the cafe you work in, you’re in school (something that takes longer than 4 years of college, law, med, etc) - You: idc. You’re a girl, that’s it. - Story: you live in a small town where everyone knows everyone and everybody has a regular at your cafe, so it’s easy to take offers. you’re taking orders at the register when an unfamiliar face walks in, he looks a bit mad. (Spoilers- he is still mad at Soleil cause she kept asking to come on the trip but he just wants a break, so they’re both mad) He stands in line, waiting to take his order.
